About Us

Russ Lang, the owner of Blue Ribbon Fiberglass Repair LLC, has been involved with fiberglass repair since 1992.

After graduating from Oconomowoc High School, Russ worked in a fiberglass manufacturing facility prior to working for a boat repair facility.

In the early 1990’s Russ decided to open his own business in Lake Country to offer local services for Lake Country boat owners. For many years his shop was visible on the north side of Highway 16 between Okauchee and County Highway C.

In 2007, Russ moved to larger facilities in Oconomowoc to better serve clients. The new facility offers 2 work bays, plus office and storage in the main building.

A large area with overhead protection is available to park boats and PWC’s.

The parking lot and building, as well as the boats, are completely fenced in and a gate is closed when the facility is not open.

The work area consists of 2 bays, one 49 feet in length and the other 46 feet in length. Each has it’s own crane system.

The facility can easily handle boats up to 32 feet in length.

Also included is an in-house paint mixing system.
